Wissam brings more than 25 years of executive experience across Fortune 500 companies and global consulting engagements. His career spans energy, oil & gas, automotive, industrial, and infrastructure sectors — with deep operational and strategic expertise built from working across Italy, Greece, UK, Qatar, UAE, KSA and USA to deliver global successes.
As a Mechanical Engineer, he started his career transitioning among all phases of Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects. He then led key company growth initiatives in Project Management, Product Management, Services, Operations, Competitive Intelligence, Business Transformation, M&A Integration, Talent Development, Channel Partner management systems and Global Sales leadership.
He specializes in accelerating growth having doubled businesses in record times. He has an extensive experience in building new businesses while also having run global P&Ls up to $1B in revenue.
His philosophy is straightforward: every engagement should produce a clear, measurable outcome — and the client should feel the difference from day one. He is known for a high say-do ratio, direct communication, an eye for fixing processes with an undivided attention for compliance and productivity and a commitment to building relationships that outlast any single project.
