Erika Osterling

Erika is the Founder of Steeped Advisory, where she partners with CHROs and Heads of Talent to establish external coaching programs for high potential leaders to accelerate organization impact or as part of succession planning efforts.

Erika works one-on-one with leaders and senior executives (Directors to C-suite leaders) to create breakthroughs in their current roles during onboarding or role promotion, and to develop specific competencies that will enhance their leadership profile. She has particular interest in topics such as: self-awareness, inclusive leadership, resiliency, learning agility, emotional intelligence, executive communications and team leadership.

She also serves as a Career and Development Coach at Harvard Business School where she works with students and alumni, and as an Executive Coach for The Leadership Consortium.

Erika  is a former Executive Director with Russell Reynolds Associates where she advised Directors, CEOs, and C-Suite leaders and recruited senior operators and human capital executives in public and private companies. 

Earlier in her career, Erika worked at General Electric, Cameron, and Avery Dennison, where she held operations, commercial strategy, and general management roles across multiple businesses and geographies, including a role in Southeast Asia. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Monterrey Tec (ITESM) in Mexico and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
