Massimo is a Civil Geotechnical Engineer with a PhD in Minerals and Petroleum Engineering. He joins Potenza Advisory Services bringing on board 28 years of experience in Petroleum Exploration and EPCM Project Direction in Mining, Power, Process, Water, Nuclear and Steel construction plants.
Massimo has managed complex projects globally for main EPCM Multinationals and main power package suppliers (GE, Siemens, Solar) and their sub-suppliers. He became the focal point and reference interface for all supply chain matters in the projects he handled. He is a Quality focused professional qualified in several QMS Management activities in challenging countries.
Massimo established the Xylem Management & Technical Group of companies in Milan (Italy) which now also has offices in UK, Norway, France, Saudi Arabia and UAE providing Project Management, Quality and Process Management, Petroleum Exploration, Industrial and Manpower Consulting (Including Lean Manufacturing), Security, Crisis and Emergency services for Construction Companies with a worldwide capability.
