Prior to joining the Potenza Advisory Services team in 2020 and founding WEME Global a cost consulting company in 2019, Mrs. Pongruber served as Managing Director at the General Electric Company.
Her expertise lies within the entire Energy Generation and Production Value Stream and she hold positions globally in Sales, Sourcing, Service, Product Line, Operations and Quality.
She focuses on efficiency gains and cost optimization through process improvements and actively driving business turn arounds.
Mrs. Pongruber graduated cum laude with a MBA in Economics from Leopold Franzens University, Austria. She is an Alumni of Columbia University and Thayer Westpoint Academy.
She is a certified ISO Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & is currently based in Europe.
